6/19/2020 1 Comment The Star Wars We Deserved: Part IIBy Scooba Wang (Pseudonym)Hello and welcome back to part 2 of, The Star Wars We Deserved. I am your host Scooba Wang. I was very honored to see all of the great responses that came about recently due to my article. It seems that Ms. Piggy herself Kathleen Kennedy has been taught her lesson and will hopefully never destroy another franchise again. It seems that Star Wars will be doing a lot of changing in the next few years. With all of these new shows and movies soon to be made, it is hard to tell where the franchise will go. OH WAIT I KNOW! IT WILL GO DOWN THE CRAPPER! Clearly the morons out there in charge of Star Wars like John Favreau ( not even gonna bother to look up if I spelled that right because it’d be a waste of my time) and Dave Filoni only read half my article. You may have cut down the bean stock you idiots but that giant can still come crashing down. Oh look at us we are going to fix the sequel trilogy and make another edition of it that will come out in like 4 more years. What the frick is that? Am i just supposed to sit in this filth that is Star Wars until then? I have the utmost respect for George Lucas. I really do, but frick that guy. Give me the franchise! George and I will return it to the glory that it should be reaching today. Don’t waste your time fixing past mistakes, just make a continuation that fixes it. That way I have something new instead of a stupid remake. What’s next? Am I going to get a remake of The Last Crusade where we finally see Indiana Jones actually make out with that Austrian chick for longer than 30 seconds? I mean seriously she was pretty hot and you hired her for that movie and only gave us 30 seconds. My VHS tape can only take so much rewinding and fast forwarding ...
I feel like I’ve gone on a tangent, but nevertheless, it is for a purpose. Hopefully you can now at least see that Star Wars still isn’t at its best and Austrian women are incredibly underrated. So Star Wars… When creating a great book or movie, it is highly known that the best place to start is the ending. We have to figure out where the story will take us and then how we got there. It is quite simple, this trilogy should have focused itself on the main principle that Star Wars has been and should always be. It should be about finding the balance. The whole story of Star Wars revolved around the fact that there is unbalance in the force and the reason the Skywalkers even matter is because they are supposed to find that balance. There was immense potential in these movies to show this aspect to the universe. I know at first we all heard theories that Luke Skywalker was going to be this amazing GREY Jedi that had found the balance in the force, and used the perfect teaching that lied in between the teaching of the Jedi and the Sith. We never really got that from him. We never really saw balance being returned. There was either all Jedi and no Sith or all Sith and no Jedi. We never really saw the Jedi change. We might have heard Luke talk about how they mess up, but we never saw the perfect Jedi or force user that actually figured it out. That is exactly where I want the Star Wars I have created to bring us. The end of the story is quite simple, It is a Jedi order that has figured out what the balance really is and their teachings then revolve around that very balance. The story ends with a group of force users who actually understand what the right path is. Not just aggression and raw power, and not just being passive and cutting yourself off from emotion. Instead, the balance that lies between harmony with the force but also within yourself. So this is the ending, but how did we get there? Well, I will explore this in the next edition, but to give you a little hint, it will involve two Jedi orders led by two characters who have viewed the force differently due to their experiences with it. This isn’t Jedi and Sith, these are two factions that teach the way of the Jedi differently. Both sides have things right and things wrong. It becomes hard to view one as right or one as wrong. In the end it will really be the opinion of every individual viewer of the films. No one has all the RIGHT answers, but it is the conflict between both of these groups that will bring us to the balance that has long been needed, and a place in the Star Wars universe that we have never been before. Until Part Three……..Alison Doody! That was that Austrian girl's name. Dang, she's decently old but she’s still pretty hot. Photo Credit: screenrant.com
